Policies
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our clients, please take note of our policies regarding appointments, cancellations, and other important information.
- 15 min grace period (appointment canceled after 15 mins)
- Cancelations must be made atleast 24-48hrs before appointment time.
- 2 strike deposit rule (No deposit required unless you book and cancel 2 times with little notice after 2nd strike you must pay a NONREFUNDABLE 75% deposit appointment cost to book, if no call no show you will be banned from booking.)
- I do not mind guests but please clean up after yourselves and have children seated and not touching products or equipment.
- I do not mind phone usage but please make use of the phone holder provided and be mindful of moving as I am wielding sharp tools, detailing nail art, and keeping oils off of nail bed and gel polish to ensure quality work.
- Please communicate any preferences in length, nail art, thickness, width, discomfort etc during service to allow me a chance to fix anything before you leave. I WIll NOT provide discounts or refunds once you leave. I do fix uncured polish, chips, lumps, bumps, etc if anything happens within a week of service (charges will apply after 1 week)
- All I require is mutual respect and understanding so we can build and maintain a great business relationship (I will ban you from booking if rudeness or disrespect arises)
